Biography

The Colin Holt Band has been playing venues around Teesside and North Yorkshire for the past ten years. Their original songs reflect a broad range of musical influences including, James Taylor, Paul McCartney, Steely Dan, Prefab Sprout and Deacon Blue to name but a few!

Snake Davis is well established as one of the UK's leading saxophonist and has recorded with some of the biggest names in the world including... Paul McCartney, Jamiroquai, Tom Jones, George Michael, Tina Turner, Take That, and Kylie Minogue.

In recent years he has been extremely busy and in the public eye. As resident saxophonist on "Tonight With Jonathon Ross" he played with the likes of, James Brown, Smokey Robinson, Chaka Khan and many more. He has been seen regularly on TV presenting a saxophone "Masterclass" programme for ITV and performing with leading bands such as the Eurythmics and M-People.

Snake and The Colin Holt Band now regularly play together to appreciative audiences. With a blend of self penned jazz-folk songs and arrangements of more familiar tracks, they are attracting an increasing fan base across the North East.
